Returns & warranty

You have 14 days from delivery to return any product that is unused and in its original packaging. No argument, no hoops — this is your right under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law 39 of 2014.

How a return works

  1. Tell us your order number within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The driver collects the product from your door — you don't go anywhere.
  3. Once we receive it and confirm it is unused, your money goes back the way you paid: KNET and card refunds go straight back to the card; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

The exceptions, plainly

Personal-care products that touch the body — water flossers, bidet sprayers and the like — can be returned within one day of delivery, and only unopened. That is what the law sets, for hygiene reasons.

A product that arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described is not a normal return — we replace it or refund you in full including delivery, whenever the fault shows up.

Warranty

If a product carries a warranty, it is written on that product's own page — we don't print blanket promises we can't keep.

Either way, your rights under the Consumer Protection Law stand: a defective product gets repaired, replaced, or refunded. Contact us with your order number and we handle it — we never send you off to chase a supplier.
