What we collect
Your cart lives in your own browser (a functional cookie), not on our servers. When you place an order we store your name, phone number, address, and the order details — because without them the order can't arrive.
We use no advertising cookies and don't follow you across the web. If we ever add visit analytics, this page gets updated first.
Payment
KNET and card payments happen at the licensed payment gateway (MyFatoorah) — your card numbers never pass through our servers, and we cannot see them.
We send order updates to your WhatsApp — confirmed, packed, delivered. Only about your order; you are never added to marketing lists.
Who sees your data
The delivery driver sees your name, address, and number to deliver. The payment gateway processes the payment. That's it — we don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Want your data deleted? Contact us with your order number from the phone number you ordered with, and it's gone within a week.
