Terms of sale

All prices are in Kuwaiti dinars and include everything except delivery, which is shown clearly before you confirm. The price you see at checkout is the price charged — no hidden fees.

We take KNET, cards, and Apple Pay through a licensed payment gateway, and cash on delivery for orders up to KD 30.000. An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation message with your order number.

If a product price is an obvious error — a typo, say — we contact you before shipping: confirm at the correct price, or we cancel and refund in full.

We deliver everywhere in Kuwait. Times and fees are on the delivery page. If your order misses its promised window, contact us and we make it right.

You have 14 days to return any unused product — details and exceptions on the returns & warranty page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, including Consumer Protection Law 39 of 2014 — and nothing written here ever reduces the rights that law gives you.
