This is a vented-free heated dryer: it fits a 3 kg load, needs only a socket, and dried a full load in three hours in our test. It is not a full-size dryer, and it doesn't pretend to be.

Does it need a vent or a drain?
Neither. Moisture collects in a tray you empty, which is why it can live in a bedroom or a store room.
Is it expensive to run?
About 1 kW while heating. In Kuwait's tariff that's a few fils a load — far less than the AC it replaces when you stop drying clothes indoors.
